Adaptive facade redesign transforming an ordinary structure into a contemporary, welcoming space, using refined materials, integrated landscaping, and public areas to create a stronger connection with its urban surroundings.

Storm Dust

An adaptive architectural transformation that gives an ordinary structure a distinct identity through refined materials and thoughtful urban design.

Storm Dust is an architectural transformation project that reimagines an existing industrial structure through a restrained palette of refined materials and carefully considered urban interventions. The design introduces a new architectural identity that balances contemporary elegance with the honesty of its original form.

Anthracite façade panels and warm timber accents create a dialogue between texture and simplicity, softening the building's industrial presence while giving it a timeless, understated appearance. Clean lines and a limited material palette allow proportion, rhythm, and detail to define the architecture.

The project extends beyond the building itself. The surrounding public space was redesigned with integrated landscape elements, custom benches, and outdoor gathering areas, transforming the approach into an inviting environment. Together, the architecture and landscape create a cohesive composition where the building becomes part of a larger urban experience.
